2. Shipping (physical goods)

We do not ship physical products. Consulting and digital strategy services (including the Growth Strategy Report) are delivered electronically unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

3. Delivery of digital products

Digital deliverables (for example HTML reports, PDFs, or links to download) are supplied by email or as described at checkout. For the Growth Strategy Report, delivery is typically within 24 hours of confirmed payment unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

4. Refunds

Strategy reports and custom research are produced specifically for your order. All sales are final once the report has been generated or delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law in Hong Kong SAR or your jurisdiction.

If there is a material defect (for example missing sections or incorrect data attributable to our delivery), contact us at hello@melissawiringi.com and we will work with you to correct the issue or provide another remedy as required by law.

5. Consulting services

For retainer or project consulting, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your proposal or engagement letter. If nothing is stated, fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
